Due to the ongoing outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, logistics timeliness has been greatly affected.

Verification
- A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
- The tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail once items shipped out.
Processing
It normally takes 1-2 business days for us to process your order.
* We ship accross United Arab Emirates.
* We are not responsible for errors if you give us incorrect or incomplete information.
* For some big orders, in case of credit card fraud, we need to confirm your personal details. Please make sure your e-mail or phone number is correct and available.
* All packages will be shipped without a signature required for delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages without a signature. Signature for delivery is available for an additional fee.
**Please note: Business days are Monday-Thursday and Saturday-Sunday; does not include Friday. Example: 3 business days from Thursday is the following Tuesday.

When shopping at VOFFOV.COM, furniture delivery service starts from Dhs 30.
Additional shipping fees applied if your address is far from city center.
The specific shipping cost is calculated by the system based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.
You will find out shipping fee in CHECKOUT page before submit order.
Can I refuse to sign and pay for the COD order?
Yes, you could.
But we will charge you shipping fee If the product is not faulty, (i.e. if you changed your mind or if you are unhappy with the product for some other reason), the cost of shipping will fall on you.
